If you have a referral bonus program, you can include this information in jobs submitted to Jobster. When you create or edit a job, you'll see an option (step 3) to include referral bonus information. You can select between four options:

• No bonus for this job
• Bonus for employees only
• Bonus for non-employees only
• Bonus for employees and non-employees

You can enter your specific referral bonus information, which will then be displayed when you communicate to your network about the job.
