Help: Create a custom link

By creating a custom link in Jobster, you can add links to your email message or job boards that can funnel appropriate candidates to specific folders and job functions in your Talent Network.

  1. Select Jobs from the navigation, and then choose the job you wish to create a custom link for.
  2. From the detailed view of the job, use the Promote job drop-down menu to select Create a custom link.
  3. From the Create a custom link page, first enter a title for the link. Make this something distinctive that you'll be able to remember (for example, "Michael's marketing contacts").
  4. Use the drop-down menus to assign a Job function and/or a Folder where you'd like any contacts who come through this link to be sorted (for example, Michael's marketing contacts would live in a Marketing Job function).
Click the Create link button, which will take you to a Link created page. From this page, make sure you cut and paste the URL to add to your website code or email message.
