Help: Assign a hiring manager to a job

If you're working with a hiring manager closely, we recommend that you assign your hiring manager to a job, to help them to stay in the loop by getting prospect notifications.

To add a hiring manager to a job:

 

  1. From the Jobs section of the navigation, click a job title to open the job.
  2. From the Edit job drop-down menu, select Edit detail.
Under step two, Internal tracking information, enter the name and email address of the hiring manager for the job. Note: You may either enter the information manual, or select Pick from Outlook (or Pick from Lotus Notes) to find the information from your email application.
