Your network refers to a list of people whose names you've accrued by using Jobster and whom you can potentially contact for jobs. You can add people to your network, a.k.a. the Talent Network, by sending them messages or importing them directly into Jobster. Your network also contains people that others help bring in through referrals, or those who come in through other channels, such as Jobster.com and public links you create.
