Help: How to tell the difference between: Total Reach, All contacts, My contacts, Subscribers, and Prospects

  • Total Reach indicates the total number of people who have been touched by your company using Jobster — anyone who was sent a message, forwarded a message, or who linked in through other channels (such as the Jobster.com job search, or public links) — and then identified themselves with a valid email address.
  • All contacts refer to all those people in the network that are considered shared contacts across the company, plus those contacts that the individual recruiter added but didn't share with across the company; therefore, this All contacts list may vary from recruiter to recruiter at your company.
  • My contacts list the people in the network that you have added (either by import or by sending messages).
  • Subscribers are those people in your network who have signed up to receive job alerts and get connected to the company.
  • Prospects are people in the network that have either inquired for a job, and/or been recommended for a job or have been assigned as a prospect for a job by a recruiter using Jobster.
