Job functions are a great way to sort your contacts. You can adjust the types of job functions available to fit your company. These job functions are used to categorize your contacts as you add them into your Talent Network. Be sure to add all the core skill sets related to your company. For example: A hospital may want to add functions for 'Doctor: Cardiovascular' and 'Licensed Nurse'.

To add a prospect or contact to a function:

1. Click on the person's name to activate their profile.
2. Select Edit profile.
3. From the Categorization section, check the box next to the desired Function.
