What is PreSourced?
PreSourced is an easy to use candidate tracking application that enables you to locate suitable candidates for your job roles and manage your existing talent, both external (your direct applicants and the Jobster network) and internal (your employees, if you integrate PreSourced with Zapoint’s SkillsMapper application).
PreSourced enables you to define the skill requirements for each job you need to fill, and then it automatically ranks all the available candidates, based on the closest match to your criteria. This means that no suitable candidate is overlooked and you can see how your direct applicants compare with candidates within the Jobster network.
Once you have identified the candidates that you want to shortlist for the role, PreSourced helps you to track them through your interview and selection process until you find the successful candidate for the role.
